Job summary

Jardeg is seeking a Mechanical Workface Planner to join the maintenance team at the CNRL Albian site in Fort McMurray, AB. This permanent role starts in April on a 7 on 7 off schedule, working 11.5 hours per day with camp accommodations and flights from Calgary or Edmonton hubs.

Responsibilities include front/end or field WFP activities for a single discipline, collaboration with the WFP team and construction, and budget/estimation tasks.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of maintenance experience.
• Proficiency in Maximo.
• Inter-provincial Red Seal required (e.g., Millwright, Pipefitter, Ironworker).
• Satisfactory completion of a Pre-Access Drug and Alcohol Test.

Responsibilities

• Execute front/end or field execution WFP activities for a single discipline.
• Collaborate with the WFP team, Construction, and Project Functions.
• Serve as sole Workface Planner for one or more disciplines on smaller projects.
• Plan, budget, and estimate project tasks.
• Coordinate with teams to build strong, positive relationships.
• Maintain CSO and safety compliance.
• Ensure pre-access drug and alcohol test requirements are met.

Jardeg is currently recruiting a Mechanical Workface Planner to join the maintenance team at the CNRL Albian site in Fort McMurray, AB. Responsibilities:

• Under general supervision, executes front/end or field execution WFP activities for a single construction discipline.
• Collaboratively works within the WFP team and with Construction and other Project Functions.
• Has the ability to work as the sole Workface Planner for a single or multiple disciplines (if proven education and experience) on smaller projects.
• Related industry experience with inter-provincial red seal (i.e. Millwright, Pipefitter, Ironworker) is required
• Experience with planning, budgeting and estimation
• Satisfactory completion of a Pre-Access Drug and Alcohol Test
• Strong collaboration skills that enable you to build strong, positive relationships with diverse groups
• Common Safety Orientation (CSO)

Preferred Qualifications

• 3-5 years of Maintenance Experience
• Proficiency in Maximo
