THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

• 10 to 15 years construction related experience, with minimum of 5 years in a superintendent/managerial role
• College Diploma or Tradesman
• Ability to work well in a team environment, and offer leadership to staff and subtrades
• Strong Computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook), and knowledge of scheduling software, plumbing code and estimating is an asset
• High level technical understanding, as it relates to Construction industry
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to deal effectively with crews, trades and suppliers
• Strong organizational skills
• Knowledge of Health and Safety legislation, as it relates to the Construction industry
• Ability to read and understand drawings, specifications and trade contractor’s scope
