About the Role

The ideal candidate is a seasoned Construction Superintendent with a safety-first mindset, experienced in delivering industrial projects domestically and internationally. You will foster teamwork, collaboration, and innovation within our Project Delivery Group.

Key Responsibilities

1. Coordinate and oversee onsite construction activities.
2. Support management of project schedules, safety, environmental, quality plans, and contract compliance.
3. Ensure work is executed per design specifications and standards, prioritizing safety.
4. Implement continuous improvements to project performance.
5. Assist in recruiting, developing, and retaining project teams.
6. Maintain strong relationships across all levels of the project.
7. Oversee project reporting, including cost, schedule, KPIs, NCRs, and RFIs.
8. Develop remediation plans for schedule or cost issues.
9. Role may be site-based depending on project needs.

Qualifications

1. Minimum 15 years’ experience in mining, water treatment, or heavy industrial sectors.
2. Experience in heavy civils and mechanical construction, dam and pond development.
3. Knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems across project phases.
4. P. Eng in civil, mechanical, or electrical, or equivalent experience.
5. Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
6. Proficiency with 3D models, CAD, MS project, and MS Office.
7. Understanding of contract management and safety policies.
