Qualifications

• 5+ years of mechanical project engineering experience.
• P.Eng. (or eligible within 1 year) or equivalent C.E.T.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

What You’ll Do

• Lead mechanical building design projects from concept through delivery
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and teams
• Prepare designs, calculations, and equipment selections
• Coordinate across disciplines and ensure code compliance
• Build strong client relationships and represent the firm in meetings
• Mentor junior staff and promote a culture of quality and collaboration

What You Bring

• 5+ years of mechanical project engineering experience
• P.Eng. (or eligible within 1 year) or equivalent C.E.T.
• Proficiency with Revit MEP, AutoCAD MEP, Navisworks Manage, Dynamo
• Knowledge of BC Building Code, Energy Step Code, and ASHRAE / CSA / NFPA standards
• High-rise tower construction & sustainable design (LEED) experience is a plus
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
