The role requires 3–5 years of experience in maintenance planning, bilingual French/English, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; it offers a 14-14 schedule, group insurance, telemedicine, and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in maintenance planning.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to develop positive working relationships.
• Knowledge of mechanical systems and equipment.
• Bilingual in French and English.
• Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Perform field inspections.
• Develop work plans for maintenance activities, including all necessary information to ensure efficient planning, scheduling, assignment, and execution of the work.
• Create and maintain equipment history and other technical records in current work plans to anticipate and prevent work delays.
• Develop time estimates for planned maintenance work.
• Maintain accurate equipment maintenance history and work order records.
• Prepare work orders that are ready for scheduling, detailing required parts, materials, tools, external services, and documentation.
• Keep work orders up to date.
