Job summary

Amrize North America Inc. is seeking a Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor to coordinate mechanical maintenance activities and maximize equipment availability while minimizing maintenance costs.

You will work to ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance within the iCIF/MAC frameworks. The role requires 2–5 years of planning experience in an industrial setting, a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and proficiency with SAP, MS Project, Google Workspace, and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• Field of Study Preferred: Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Journeyman Millwright, or equivalent education and experience.
• Required Work Experience: Minimum of 2-5 years of planning experience in an industrial environment
• Required Technical Skills: Health, Safety and Environment, with experience using SAP or similar systems, Microsoft Office, MS Project, and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to corrective maintenance task definition and weekly plan, with information on work sequence, duration, and parts.
• Maintain team availability data and communicate to planners.
• Coordinate with departments and organize personnel for repairs and big shutdowns.
• Assign daily tasks to crew per weekly plan and review risks and mitigations.
• Supervise job execution and monitor quality and duration.
