Job summary

Qualifications

• Desire to work in a team-based environment.
• Good communication skills.
• Proven ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of drawings and schematics for mechanical HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems for various facilities.
• Support Engineers and Designers in developing technical drawings using CAD software, Revit, and drafting workstations.
• Coordinate with other disciplines to ensure drawings are accurate, complete and consistent.
• Collaborate with the project team and Project Manager to support project delivery and meet deadlines.
• Attend and contribute to internal and project-related meetings.
• Communicate with contractors and respond to technical inquiries.
• Provide technical and administrative support throughout all project phases.
• Help establish and maintain positive client relationships.
• Help ensure the quality, accuracy, and timely delivery of project deliverables.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of drawings and schematics for mechanical HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems for commercial, institutional, residential, public, and private facilities.
• Support Engineers and Designers in developing technical drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software, Revit, and drafting workstations.
• Coordinate with other consulting disciplines to ensure drawings are accurate, complete, and consistent.
• Collaborate with the project team and Project Manager to support project delivery, meet deadlines, and communicate resource requirements or issues.
• Attend and contribute to internal and project‑related meetings.
• Communicate with contractors and respond to technical inquiries.
• Provide technical and administrative support throughout all phases of a project.
• Help establish and maintain positive client relationships.
• Help ensure the quality, accuracy, and timely delivery of project deliverables.

Required Skills / Qualifications
