Aecon Water Infrastructure in Winnipeg, Manitoba, is seeking a Project Coordinator to support mechanical and electrical scopes on major regional wastewater projects. Reporting to the Project Manager, you will liaise with field teams, engineering, subcontractors, and owners to maintain schedule and cost objectives.

We value strong organizational and communication skills, Excel proficiency, and hands-on field collaboration.

Qualificações

• Post-secondary education in mechanical or electrical engineering or related field.
• Experience supporting RFIs, submittals, and procurement in construction projects.
• Strong coordination between field, engineering, and management teams.

Responsabilidades

• Support planning, coordination, and execution of mechanical and electrical scopes with project teams.
• Review drawings, specs, and vendor documents to support field execution.
• Prepare and track RFIs related to mechanical and electrical work.
• Coordinate material and equipment requirements with field supervision and procurement.
• Assist with technical submittals, shop drawings, and equipment data sheets.
• Track installation progress, quantities, and productivity for reporting.
