Job summary

AME Consulting Group in Vancouver is seeking a passionate Mechanical Engineering Co-op for the upcoming winter semester. You will gain hands-on experience in plumbing, HVAC, and fire protection design on live projects under senior engineers and designers.

You will use AutoCAD or REVIT, attend project meetings, and participate in in-house training and on-site field reviews. This role offers flexible work options within an employee-owned, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical) or technical diploma in Building Design.
• AutoCAD and/or REVIT MEP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Working directly with senior team members on a variety of projects and tasks, including:
• Equipment selections
• Preparation of mechanical drawings using AutoCAD and/or REVIT
• Collaborating and coordinating with other design professionals
• Computer building simulation modeling
