Purolator is looking for a Diesel Mechanic to inspect, maintain, diagnose, and repair heavy duty equipment at our Dartmouth location. The role requires a Heavy Duty Diesel Mechanics license, a Class 5 license with a clean abstract, and at least 3 years of experience. Proficiency in English is essential for coordinating with stakeholders and teams.
The position works Monday to Friday, 3:30pm–12:00am, in a warehouse environment. Pay starts at $40.19/hour, with a rate of $49.06/hour after 4 months.

The Diesel Mechanic inspects, maintains, diagnoses, and repairs assigned on-/off-road and heavy duty equipment to ensure proper function and vehicle safety and meet quality and performance goals.
Proficiency in English is required for this position due to the frequent communications that must be conducted in English with various stakeholders. This requirement is justified by the nature of the responsibilities and operational needs.
