Green Infrastructure Partners Inc. is seeking a Heavy Duty Mechanic (Field Service) based in Delta, BC, to support projects across the Greater Vancouver region. You will perform preventative maintenance, diagnose and repair hydraulic, electrical and diesel systems, and respond to on-site emergencies to minimize downtime.

The role is full-time, Monday to Friday, with an immediate start. Journeyperson Red Seal preferred; strong independent work and English communication are essential.

Qualifications

  • Journeyperson Red Seal preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience repairing and maintaining heavy construction or foundation equipment.
  • BAUER & Klemn foundation equipment experience considered a strong asset.
  • Strong knowledge of hydraulics, diesel engines, electrical systems and onboard diagnostics.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently in field environments.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving abstract.

Come help build the future, where our work makes the world work! Heavy Duty Mechanic (Field Service) Delta, BC | Full-Time | Monday to Friday Join the GIP Team! GIP is looking for an experienced Heavy Duty Mechanic to join our growing team immediately. We are seeking a motivated individual to maintain and repair our fleet of specialized foundation drilling equipment supporting projects throughout the Greater Vancouver area. A Journeyperson Heavy Duty Equipment Technician Red Seal certification is preferred; however, experienced non-Red Seal mechanics are encouraged to apply.

Compensation

Compensation: $48.00–$60.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.

Location and Schedule

Location: Based out of Delta, BC. Field position supporting projects across the Greater Vancouver region Monday to Friday schedule.
