• Understanding of raw materials, production techniques and quality standards.
• Dependable team player who thrives in collaboration.
• Culinary background or experience is considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner and deliver remarkable service.
• Share knowledge of meat cuts and recommend options based on preferences and needs.
• Cut various meats for display and custom guest requests with precision.
• Offer substitutes and suggestions to meet guest needs and preferences.
• Prepare specialty cuts to order with presentation quality.
• Advise guests on cutting techniques, portions, and prep tips.
• Offer samples and recommendations to help guests decide.
• Assist with department setup, displays, and maintaining visuals.
• Support department closing procedures and stock rotation.
• Monitor freshness and adhere to safety regulations.
