Job summary

Starting hourly rate is $19.20 with increases to $26.93 after two years. Benefits begin after probation and hours accumulate toward pension, dental, and disability coverage.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate in English, written and spoken.
• Able to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work in varying temperatures from hot to cold.
• Able to perform repetitive tasks and maintain attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Process bone-out products by removing skin, excess fat and bones from meat portions.
• Process bone-in products including tying and clipping whole birds, wings, legs and thighs.
• Pack meat products into trays or boxes and apply labels to cartons.
• Feed and unload processing machines.
• Maintain good housekeeping in their stations.
• Perform any other duties as required.
