• Keeps the department clean, organized, and properly zoned to be customer-ready, rotates stock, and removes expired products.
• Ensures all merchandise is signed and priced correctly; manages ordering, markdowns, and labeling.
• Adheres to food safety and cold chain standards, including temperature checks and proper handling.
• Prepares deli items such as meat and cheese and fills display cases; handles customer orders.
• Follows Health and Safety guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
• Be open to a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Manages physical tasks like standing for long periods, lifting up to 20 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
