Responsibilities

• Maintain Department Organization and Standards: Keep the department clean, organized, and properly zoned; rotate stock and remove expired items.
• Ensure Accurate Pricing and Signing: Ensure merchandise is signed and priced; follow procedures for ordering, clearance, and labeling.
• Follow Food Safety and Cold Chain Practices: Adhere to food safety standards, temperature checks, and expiration date compliance.
• Prepare and Serve Deli Products: Take orders and prepare deli items using slicers, rotisseries, fryers and other tools.
• Health and Safety Compliance: Follow health and safety guidelines and company policies for a safe workplace.
• Flexibility: Be open to evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
