Metro Inc. in Owen Sound is seeking a Meat Clerk for part-time hours to join our Meat department. This permanent, unionized position offers starting pay in the $16.60–$16.70 CAD per hour range, with adjustments possible based on knowledge, skills, and experience.

The Meat team is vital to the shopping experience, and we value customer service, strong communication, and the ability to stand for long periods. Flex shifts including nights and weekends may be required.

This position is part of a unionized bargaining unit. The hourly wage for this position starts at $16.60 - $16.70 and is established in accordance with the collective agreement. Depending on a candidate’s relevant knowledge, skills, education, and prior experience, a higher hourly wage may be offered. Any hourly wage offered for this role, whether starting or higher, will fall within the wage scale established for this position in accordance with the collective agreement.
