The role requires hands-on leadership, experience in meat cutting, strong communication, and a commitment to food safety and loss prevention.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-year experience in a meat department with product knowledge.
• Experience cutting meat.
• Knowledge of raw materials, processes and quality control costs.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to lead, coach, and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Motivate and mentor Team Members.
• Provide support with regular team meetings.
• Coach and train Team Members to maintain the highest level of productivity.

• Merchandise, manage inventory and schedule to meet financial objectives.
