Responsibilities

• Operate industrial sewing equipment used in mattress production.
• Review load sheets and prioritize work per schedule.
• Gather quilted panels, gussets, and materials; organize on carts.
• Inspect quilted panels for quality and perform minor repairs.
• Sort panel borders and stage materials for assembly.
• Scan law tags and move completed carts to finished goods area.
• Maintain hourly production rates while following safety/quality standards.
• Keep the work area organized and assist with other production duties.
