Job summary

Magna International in Ontario seeks a Mechatronics, Mirrors & Lighting group professional to manage master scheduling and lead times using ERP, ensuring on-time production and efficient scheduling across departments.

The role requires a Grade 12 diploma (or higher), strong MS Office/Excel skills, and knowledge of production planning; CPIM certification would be advantageous, with a comprehensive benefits package and growth opportunities.

  • Grade 12 diploma and/or equivalent college or university education.
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications; Excel is a must.
  • Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Use of ERP to create master schedule sequences and lead times for each operation.
  • Monitor production process and status of assigned schedules; prioritize operations.
  • Adjust production schedule to meet deadlines and communicate bottlenecks to management.
  • Prepare production reports and ensure customer demands are satisfied.
