Arc’teryx’s ARC’One manufacturing facility in New Westminster seeks a Materials Planner to ensure timely availability of production materials and factory supplies. You will manage replenishment plans, optimize inventory, mitigate supply risks, and collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to support production schedules and daily operations.
You will also support critical purchasing activities to meet production needs and drive continuous improvement in planning processes.

ARC’One, our manufacturing facility in New Westminster, is home to a team of skilled makers and technicians who bring Arc’teryx products to life. Located near our Design Center, the facility plays an important role in how we prototype, test, refine and manufacture the technical gear we are known for.
Some of our most technically complex products including Alpha SV and new product pilots are built here. The facility also supports ReBIRD repair and renewal programs, helping extend the life of Arc’teryx gear.

As a Materials Planner, you are responsible for ensuring the timely availability of production materials and factory supplies to support production schedules and daily facility operations. In this role, you will manage material replenishment plans, optimize inventory levels, identify and mitigate supply risks, and collaborate with suppliers and internal collaborators to ensure material availability and on‑time delivery. You will also support critical purchasing activities as needed to meet production requirements while driving continuous improvement in planning processes, inventory performance, and overall supply chain effectiveness.
Meet Your Future Team: The Manufacturing Planning team is a purpose‑driven and process‑improvement driven team whose focus is to successfully deliver our finished goods production plan. Our team is focused on optimizing resources and mitigating risks within the facility and vendor base, as well as driving cross‑functional communication and alignment to ensure production needs are met as planned.
As the Materials Planner for ARC’One, you will be a part of the ARC’One Manufacturing Planning Team, and you will partner with the Production Management team and Facilities Team.
The salary range for this role is CAD$71,000 - CAD$89,000.
Most new team members join between the start and midpoint of the range, where you can contribute right away while continuing to grow your craft, your collaborations, and your impact at Arc’teryx. This range reflects market alignment and the scope of the role. Individual pay is determined by your skills, experience, and level of responsibility.
