Primoris Canada is seeking a Materials Coordinator for the Fort McMurray site. You will coordinate site materials, shipments, and be the main contact for materials inquiries, ensuring accurate receiving and QA compliance.

Responsibilities include inspecting materials, quarantining non-conforming items, and maintaining documentation, storage, and shipment preparation with a focus on safety and efficiency.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years shipping/receiving experience.
• 8+ years in heavy industrial manufacturing or petrochemical environments.
• Familiar with QA procedures and material handling processes.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate site materials and shipments; main point of contact for materials questions.
• Inspect materials for damage, overages, shortages; verify against PO specs.
• Document receiving inspections per QA and HSE programs.
• Identify non-conforming material and quarantine as needed.
• Organize and file all receiving/vendor docs; ensure proper storage.
• Prepare and load finished goods for shipment; update materials database.
• Perform periodic materials inspections to verify counts, location, and status.
