Job summary

IEM is seeking a Materials Coordinator in Surrey, BC, reporting to the Materials Manager. This role requires 100% in‑office presence at our Surrey, BC location, with duties focused on Kanban replenishment and accurate material delivery to workstations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 6 months in warehouse, material handling or manufacturing.
• Ability to perform Kanban replenishment and communicate shortages.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled Kanban checks at designated locations to identify replenishment needs.
• Pick, transport, and deliver parts to workstations in correct quantities and timely manner.
• Monitor inventory levels and trigger replenishment when stock is low.
• Verify part numbers, quantities and condition before delivery for accuracy.
• Communicate shortages, discrepancies or quality issues to supervisors.
