Job summary

Englobe is seeking a detail-oriented administrative support role within a dynamic lab and project environment. You will enter and review laboratory results, help with documentation, and format reports for technical staff, while coordinating distributions to managers, technicians and clients.

Experience with Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook is valued. A hybrid work arrangement and flexible benefits are offered to support your work-life balance.

Responsibilities

• Entering, reviewing, and maintaining laboratory test results in company databases and reporting systems
• Assisting with project documentation (notes, spreadsheets, lab work sheets, etc.)
• Preparing and formatting laboratory reports for review by technical staff
• Coordinating report distribution to project managers, technicians, and clients as required
• Providing general administrative support to laboratory and field staff, including filing, scanning, and document control
• Other related duties as needed

This is a full-time, 4-month contract position

The salary range for this position is $40,807 to $53,560 CAD base per annum, based on the responsibilities of the role, internal equity, and current market benchmarks. The final offer will be determined based on a combination of factors, including the candidate's skills, experience and qualifications, their positioning within our internal compensation structure, and relevant geographic cost-of-living considerations, where applicable. This range represents a realistic and good-faith estimate of the compensation we expect to offer for this role.

Compensation may also include a comprehensive benefits package, performance incentives, or bonus eligibility depending on role level and business unit. We aim to foster transparency, respect candidate time and ensure equitable compensation aligned with our company values.
