How You’ll Make an Impact
The Material Handler will be an integral part of a dynamic team, supporting all shipping and receiving operations at Valvoline Canada's Mississauga, Ontario facility

Responsibilities Include

-Perform shipping activities, including picking, staging, and loading customer orders, and completing all associated documentation
-Execute receiving duties such as unloading inbound stock and return orders, with accurate completion of required paperwork
-Support inventory management through regular cycle counts and stock reconciliation
-Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently in accordance with company guidelines
-Coordinate customer order fulfillment, including scheduling and preparing shipments with designated carriers
-Utilize SAP and Microsoft Office tools to maintain accurate records and support logistics processes
-Contribute to 5S housekeeping initiatives to ensure a clean, safe, and organized work environment
-Actively follow all safety protocols and participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to workplace safety
-Assist with special projects and perform other duties as assigned at Valvoline’s discretion to support overall operational needs
