Job summary

Husky Technologies is seeking a Master Data Mgmt Analyst in Bolton, Ontario. This role focuses on customer master data administration across systems, ensuring data quality and governance in line with policies and procedures.

You will manage onboarding and updates to master data, troubleshoot data issues, and collaborate with data governance and business partners to maintain compliant data submissions and timely responses to requests.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of data management experience.
• ERP administration.
• Global Vendor and customer set up knowledge.
• Ability to learn and work in multiple systems environment.

Responsibilities

• Process master data requests in accordance with data governance policies and guidelines.
• Responsible for customer onboarding, data entry and maintenance based on master data policies.
• Responsible for integrity of the global customer master data, as well as, troubleshooting of data errors.
• Responsible for new customer set up and any changes in all Husky systems.
• Identify and troubleshoot data quality issues and process improvement opportunities.
• Validates fields for completeness and accuracy of data.
• Provide additional support as needed for other data elements to ensure data supports defined business processes and governance standards.
• Maintain clear and up-to-date statuses on request and incidents.
• Maintain open lines of communication with requestors.
• Work with master data governance and internal business partners to ensure data submissions are compliant with internal audit requirements.
• Follow up on pending requests in the queue with the process stakeholders and resolve items.

This role is responsible for customer master data administration. The incumbent is responsible for creating and updating master data records in the appropriate systems in compliance with business policies, documented procedures and data quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Process master data requests in accordance with data governance policies and guidelines, within the defined service level agreements
• Responsible for customer onboarding, data entry and maintenance based on master data policies
• Responsible for integrity of the global customer master data, as well as, troubleshooting of data errors
• Responsible for new customer set up and any changes in all Husky systems
• Identify and troubleshoot data quality issues and process improvement opportunities
• Validates fields for completeness and accuracy of data
• Required to provide additional support as needed for other data elements to ensure data supports defined business processes and governance standards
• Maintain clear and up-to-date statuses on request and incidents
• Maintain open lines of communication with requestors
• Work directly with master data governance and internal business partners to ensure data submissions are compliant with internal audit requirements
• Follow up on any pending requests in the queue with the process stakeholders, ensure process compliance and get the request items resolved and closed

Pay Range: $55,000 - $60,000
