Job summary

Husky Technologies TM is seeking a Customer Master Data Administrator to join our Bolton, Ontario team. This role focuses on creating and updating master data records, ensuring data integrity across Husky systems and alignment with governance policies.

You will handle onboarding, data entry, troubleshooting data quality, and collaborate with partners to keep data accurate and auditable; strong attention to detail and ability to learn multiple systems are essential.

Qualifications

• Post‑secondary education or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of data management experience.
• ERP administration.
• Global vendor and customer setup knowledge.
• Ability to learn and work in multiple systems environment.

Responsibilities

• Process master data requests in accordance with data governance policies and guidelines within defined service level agreements.
• Responsible for customer onboarding, data entry and maintenance based on master data policies.
• Responsible for integrity of the global customer master data and troubleshooting data errors.
• Responsible for new customer setup and any changes in all Husky systems.
• Identify and troubleshoot data quality issues and process improvement opportunities.
• Maintain clear and up-to-date statuses on requests and incidents.
• Maintain open lines of communication with requestors.
• Work with master data governance and internal business partners to ensure compliance with audit requirements.

This role is responsible for customer master data administration.The incumbent is responsible for creating and updating master data records in the appropriate systems in compliance with business policies, documented procedures and data quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process master data requests in accordance with data governance policies and guidelines, within the defined service level agreements
• Responsible for customer onboarding, data entry and maintenance based on master data policies
• Responsible for integrity of the global customer master data, as well as, troubleshooting of data errors
• Responsible for new customer set up and any changes in all Husky systems
• Identify and troubleshoot data quality issues and process improvement opportunities
• Validates fields for completeness and accuracy of data
• Required to provide additional support as needed for other data elements to ensure data supports defined business processes and governance standards
• Maintain clear and up-to-date statuses on request and incidents
• Maintain open lines of communication with requestors
• Work directly with master data governance and internal business partners to ensure data submissions are compliant with internal audit requirements
• Follow up on any pending requests in the queue with the process stakeholders, ensure process compliance and get the request items resolved and closed

Qualifications:

• Post‑secondary education or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of data management experience
• ERP administration
• Global Vendor and customer set up knowledge
• Ability to learn and work in multiple systems environment

Pay Range: $55,000 - $60,000
