Job summary

Eastern College in Moncton, NB is seeking a part-time Massage Therapy instructor to deliver courses at the Moncton Campus. The role requires teaching to meet diverse learning styles in a safe, civil environment and to start immediately through February 26, 2027.

Candidates must be a Registered Massage Therapist in good standing with CMTNB, hold a Massage Therapy Diploma, have at least 2 years of practical experience, and ideally have adult education or teaching experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 24 months/2 years of practical work experience as a Registered Massage Therapist.

Job description

Location: On-site, Moncton Campus- 1070 St George Blvd, Moncton, NB E1E 4K7

Hours: Part-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 12:00 pm AST

Start Date: Immediate

End Date: February 26, 2027

Compensation: $25/hr - $35/hr

The Opportunity:

The primary responsibilities of this position are to provide quality delivery of assigned Massage Therapy courses utilizing a variety of instruction strategies, techniques, and delivery methods to meet the individual learning styles of the students, in a safe and civil learning environment.

What you bring to the position:

• Registered as a Massage Therapist in Good Standing with the provincial regulatory body- College of Massage Therapists of New Brunswick (CMTNB).
• Massage Therapy Diploma.
• Minimum of 24 months/ 2 years of practical work experience as a Registered Massage Therapist.
• Adult education and teaching experience preferred.

A criminal background check will be required for the selected candidate.
