Job summary

triOS Education Group’s Windsor Campus is seeking a Massage Therapy Instructor to deliver courses with a variety of instructional strategies in a respectful, safe learning environment. The role requires CMTO registration and at least two years of practical massage experience.

You will supervise attendance, assess exams, and align teaching with course competencies. Strong English communication, organization, and a professional demeanor are essential.

Qualifications

• Registered Massage Therapist in Good Standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO).
• Minimum of 2 years practical experience.
• Previous teaching experience would be considered an asset.
• Excellent English communication skills, organizational skills, and a professional attitude are required.

Responsibilities

Hours:

Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m., with one day per week requiring afternoon/evening availability for clinic hours

Start Date:

Immediate

Compensation:

$35/hr - $40/hr

The Opportunity:

The primary responsibilities of this position are to provide quality delivery of assigned Massage Therapy courses utilizing a variety of instruction strategies, techniques, and delivery methods to meet the individual learning styles of the students, in a safe and civil learning environment. Instructors are responsible for teaching assigned courses in accordance with course competencies, taking daily attendance, and grading class tests, assignments, and exams.

What you bring to the position:

• Registered Massage Therapist in Good Standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO)
• Minimum of 2 years practical experience.
• Previous teaching experience would be considered an asset.
• Excellent English communication skills, organizational skills, and a professional attitude are required.
