Hours: Part Time, hours will vary between Monday, Wednesday, and Sunday. Flexibility is needed.

The Opportunity:

The Clinic Supervisor provides instruction, guidance, and mentoring to students transitioning from textbooks to the hands-on practical clinic setting. They also manage the daily operations of the massage therapy clinic.

The Outreach Supervisor supports the vision, mission, and values of triOS College while fostering a positive, supportive, and inclusive team environment.

What you'll be doing:

• Advise students on treatment safety pre-treatment to ensure safe client care.
• Conduct clinical rounds—checking in on students, discussing client assessments, treatment plans, and long-term care.
• Provide consultation to students during massages as needed or upon request.
• Compile clinic and outreach hours for sign-off and submit to the Campus Director.
• Maintain communication with other clinic supervisors regarding each shift, updates, student information, supplies, absences, and client relations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What you bring to the position:

• Registered Massage Therapist in Good Standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO).
• Massage Therapy Diploma.
• Minimum of 2 years of practical work experience as a Registered Massage Therapist.
• Previous teaching experience is an asset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Internet use.
