Hours: Part Time; hours will vary between Monday, Wednesday, and Sunday. Flexibility is required.

The Opportunity:

The Clinic Supervisor provides instruction, guidance, and mentoring to students transitioning from textbooks to the hands-on practical clinic setting. Additionally, the Clinic Supervisor manages the daily operations of the massage therapy clinic.

The Outreach Supervisor supports the vision, mission, and values of triOS College and contributes to a positive, supportive, and student-focused team environment that values respect, integrity, dedication, diversity, and inclusion.

What you'll be doing:

• Advise students on treatment safety prior to treatments to ensure client safety.
• Conduct clinical rounds, checking in on students, discussing client assessments, treatment plans, and long-term care.
• Provide consultation to students during massages as needed or upon request.
• Compile and submit clinic and outreach hours for clinical hours sign-off.
• Maintain communication with other clinic supervisors regarding each shift, updates, student info, supplies, absences, and client relations.
• Other duties as assigned.

What you bring to the position:

• Registered Massage Therapist in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO).
• Massage Therapy Diploma.
• Minimum of 2 years of practical experience as a Registered Massage Therapist.
• Previous teaching experience is an asset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet use.
