Position Overview
We are looking for a professional, motivated Part‑Time Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) to join our team. The ideal candidate is someone who provides high‑quality therapeutic care, communicates with warmth and clarity, and thrives in a collaborative clinical setting. You will have the opportunity to build a steady caseload supported by physiotherapy referrals, strong community relationships, and a clinic culture that prioritizes patient experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver safe, effective therapeutic, deep tissue, relaxation, and/or specialized massage treatments
- Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation (SOAP notes, treatment plans, progress updates)
- Collaborate with physiotherapists and other team members to support integrated patient care
- Educate patients on home care strategies, injury prevention, and wellness maintenance
- Contribute to a welcoming, professional, and patient‑focused clinic environment

Qualifications
- Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) in good standing with a recognized Alberta massage therapy association
- Completion of a minimum 2,200-hour Massage Therapy program
- Current professional liability insurance
- Valid CPR and First Aid certification
- Strong assessment, treatment planning, and manual therapy skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships with patients
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Commitment to providing exceptional patient care and customer service
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- Familiarity with clinic management software (Jane) (an asset)
- Experience treating a variety of musculoskeletal conditions (an asset)
- Additional certifications or training such as cupping, hot stone, prenatal massage, myofascial release, or lymphatic drainage (an asset)
- Evening and/or weekend availability preferred
