Qualifications

• Must have completed 2200 hours in diploma massage therapy college.
• Valid membership in the Local/provincial association.
• Must be registered and in good standing.
• Available to work varied shifts.
• Commitment to scheduled days.
• Staying current with the latest research and developments in massage therapy.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work cooperatively with others.
• Demonstrated commitment to post-graduate professional development.
• Passion for customer service and serve with humbleness.
• Experience treating clients in a clinical setting is a strong asset, but new graduates are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Providing hands-on manipulation to the body’s tissues including muscles, connective tissue, tendons, ligaments and joints, to help decrease pain and improve mobility.
• Perform Therapeutic, Relaxation and Prenatal Massage in a safe and professional manner
• Creating and implementing individualized treatment plans based on analysis
• Working collaboratively with other rehabilitation professionals at your clinic
• Maintain a professional manner and positive attitude with guests and clients
• Utilizing a software to document treatment sessions and recommendations
• Managing the workload into the clinic with timely fashion
• Be willing to market themselves to promote their practice and create a loyal clients
