The Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for managing facility maintenance software programs, Purchase orders and matching of external invoicing, creating and maintaining work orders when required, organizing maintenance documentation per location, taking all warranty opportunities and issuing purchase orders for work completed outside of company shops.
