Key Duties & Responsibilities

1. System Integration, Campaign Infrastructure, and Automation

• Own the technical configuration and maintenance of our marketing automation tools (Customer.io, Pendo, Snowflake).
• Design and implement scalable data flows for personalized, event-driven messaging across email, push, and in-app channels.
• Write SQL queries for building custom attributes and marketing datasets for campaign targeting and personalization.
• Create and maintain API-based integrations between Customer.io and systems like Shopify, internal tools, and the data warehouse.
• Collaborate with analytics and data engineering teams to ensure accurate data capture across the marketing funnel.
• Document processes and establish repeatable workflows for campaign launches, A/B testing, and triggered flows.
