About the Customer Data Platform Team: We are a team of high-caliber full-stack engineers dedicated to empowering marketers to target audiences effectively, track conversions, and gain insights into campaign performance. We are building a platform to help brands organize and manage audiences, engage meaningfully, and bridge programmatic advertising with marketing tech. Our projects have high impact and visibility across the company.

What You'll Be Doing:

1. Collaborate with Product Managers and engineers to translate complex business problems into high-quality software.
2. Partner with UX researchers to create simple, intuitive workflows on the platform.
3. Own projects from start to finish, decomposing work into plans and engaging stakeholders.
4. Write technical design documents, clearly outlining risks and making tradeoffs.
5. Participate in code and design reviews to elevate technical standards.
6. Mentor early-career engineers and support their growth.

What You'll Bring:

1. 5+ years of experience building high-performance web applications.
2. Experience with React/Redux, TypeScript, Ruby on Rails, GraphQL.
3. Experience leading customer-facing projects from design to delivery.
4. Ability to collaborate with product and design teams to create impactful user experiences.
5. Experience in marketing technology, adtech, or customer data platforms is highly valuable.
