The Marketing Team Lead will spearhead Family Solutions Group’s marketing initiatives through creative campaigns and collaborative team leadership. This dynamic position involves developing compelling online content and advertisements, while building systems to strengthen our marketing network.

As team lead, you'll ensure all marketing products align with FSG's mission and goals while supporting our affiliated agencies, including Crossroads Family Services and Kells Psychology. You'll work across multiple service areas to drive engagement, increase revenue, and amplify our organizational impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns for all FSG agencies
• Design and manage digital marketing campaigns targeting key audiences
• Coordinate with management to implement goal-oriented strategies
• Coordinate with external service providers to optimize digital marketing, including website development, SEO, and ads
• Design promotional assets such as handouts, brochures, and flyers, maintaining consistent brand identity standards
• Provide guidance and support to the marketing team
• Develop team strategies to achieve departmental objectives
• Track and report progress and KPIs to management
• Establish and maintain strategic linkages with referral partners

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (degree or diploma preferred)
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
• Skilled with graphic development; Canva, Adobe
• Experience with Meta social media platforms
• Experience with digital marketing; Google and Meta Ads
• WordPress website maintenance skills and/or page development experience
• Self-motivated and team-oriented
• Exceptional organizational, time management, and analytical skills
• Strong appreciation for diverse families, individuals and children
• Knowledge of FSG agencies' service areas

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a marketing team leadership position
• Experience with e-mail campaigns; MailChimp

Reporting Structure

This position reports directly to the Program Manager of Family Solutions Group.

Salary Range

• Hours of Work: 32 (.8 FTE) - 40 (1.0 FTE) per week
• Pay expectation: $50,000 to $60,000 (as per FTE)
