Job summary

Zeifmans is a Toronto-based tax, accounting and consulting firm seeking a Marketing Manager to develop and drive its marketing strategy, strengthen brand awareness and manage client-focused promotional activities. The role collaborates with sponsors, partners and internal teams to plan events, webinars, and communications while supervising social media, SEO/SEM, and website management.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years in marketing, 2+ years in a managerial role, strong written and verbal

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, business administration, or related field.
• Must be present for all in-person events in Toronto and minimum 3 days/week in office.
• Excellent written and oral communication, presentation skills and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational, time and project management skills with great attention to detail.
• Numerically literate and comfortable with metrics and spreadsheets.
• Proficiency with social media, WordPress, MS Office, Photoshop, and email marketing tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive Zeifmans’ marketing strategy, platforms, and brand awareness.
• Lead planning of events, webinars, live streams, and communications.
• Create and promote thought leadership content with internal experts and writers.
• Manage client events, webinars, sponsorships, and conferences.
• Oversee online presence, social media, SEO/SEM, and website updates.
• Oversee CSR initiatives and community involvement.
• Develop and manage the annual marketing budget and KPIs.
