Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of marketing strategy, campaigns, and initiatives.
  • Manage and grow social media channels including strategy, content creation, community engagement, performance monitoring, and reporting.
  • Develop engaging content for social platforms including short-form videos, reels, stories, and campaigns.
  • Maintain a social content calendar.
  • Create and manage internal communications including research, writing, editing, and scheduling.
  • Support communications for firm initiatives, events, and programs.
  • Own the development and maintenance of the firm intranet.
  • Oversee the design and production of marketing materials including graphic elements for social and internal communications, brochures, recruitment materials, templates, and proposals.
  • Support the People & Culture team with annual student recruitment marketing.
  • Plan, coordinate, and support client events including seminars, socials, and webinars.
  • Draft, edit, and format proposals.
  • Maintain proposal templates, team bios, and content libraries.
  • Ensure all marketing and communications materials align with the firm's brand standards and visual identity.
  • Maintain organized marketing assets, content libraries, templates, and project documentation while supporting marketing administration and operational requirements

Salary Range: $70,000.00 To $80,000.00 Annually

The Role

We’re looking for an experienced, strategic, and collaborative Marketing & Communications Specialist to support how we show up in the market and with clients. In this role you will be reporting to the Director of Marketing & Communication, supporting the Firm’s growth through creation and coordination of content across social, internal communications, events, and branded materials.

A proven marketing professional with a strong orientation towards client service, you’ll bring creativity, storytelling, attention to detail, and sound business judgement to help translate firm priorities and market opportunities into effective brand strategies and campaigns.

What You’ll Do
  • Support the development and execution of marketing strategy, campaigns, and initiatives

What You Bring
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience:
    • 5+ years of experience in marketing, B2B or professional services experience preferred
  • Skills & Attributes:
    • Understanding of brand, marketing, and communications fundamentals
    • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
    • Experience with Canva or a similar design tool, bonus points for experience with Adobe Creative Suite
    • Experience with social media tools such as Hootsuite
    • Exceptional project and stakeholder management with attention to detail and a service orientation with the ability to build trust amongst senior stakeholders and Partners in the firm
    • Highly organized with the ability to work with colleagues at all levels of the firm to seamlessly manage multiple, often competing, priorities
