CPA Ontario is currently in search of a Marketing Specialist, who will be responsible for supporting the execution of integrated marketing campaigns and developing engaging content across multiple channels. This role will play a key part in enhancing brand visibility, driving engagement, and supporting cross-functional initiatives. The Marketing Specialist is a creative communicator, strategic thinker, and highly organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Assisting in the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Creating compelling content and copy for a variety of marketing channels, including email, website, and social media, while ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and messaging.
  • Managing timelines, assets, and project milestones to support successful campaign execution and cross-team collaboration.
  • Supporting event planning and coordination for virtual and in-person marketing initiatives, ensuring seamless execution and a strong attendee experience.
  • Tracking, analyzing, and reporting on campaign performance, providing actionable insights to inform future marketing efforts and improve ROI.
  • Conducting market research to identify trends, audience insights, and competitive positioning to inform marketing strategies.
Who You Are:
  • A post-secondary graduate in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field with 2–3 years of marketing experience, ideally with exposure to campaign management, personalization, segmentation, and lifecycle marketing.
  • A strong writer and communicator who can craft engaging, brand-aligned content across multiple formats.
  • Proficient in CRM and digital marketing tools (e.g., email platforms, social media scheduling tools) and comfortable working with analytics platforms to track KPIs.
  • Organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Collaborative and creative, with the ability to bring fresh ideas and adapt quickly to changing needs.
  • Curious and data-minded, always looking for ways to improve performance and engagement through insights and experimentation.
Salary Range:

The starting salary for this position is between $66,300 and $82,900 per annum, based on candidates’ qualifications, experience, and internal parity. Exceptions may be considered with further review.
