Job description

We’re seeking a bilingual, detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to help bring high-impact direct-to-consumer marketing programs to life across the CoverMe and Affinity product lines. Working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, you’ll support customer acquisition, conversion, onboarding, and retention initiatives while contributing to strategy through customer insights, Québec market expertise, and performance-driven recommendations.

Supporting the CoverMe Insurance business, this role provides integrated marketing support across campaign planning, execution, localization, measurement, and optimization. You’ll coordinate deliverables with internal stakeholders, external agencies, and business partners, support French-language adaptation, and help ensure marketing initiatives are relevant, accurate, and effective across Canadian and Québec markets.

How Will This Come to Life?

It starts with turning business priorities into actionable campaign plans, then coordinating the stakeholders, approvals, localization activities, and deliverables needed to bring them to market across paid and owned channels.

You’ll monitor performance, capture insights, and identify opportunities to improve campaign effectiveness, enhance the customer experience, and drive business outcomes.

Position Responsibilities:
Campaign Planning, Execution & Optimization

  • Coordinate campaign assets, briefs, timelines, approvals, and deliverables with internal teams, agencies, and external partners.
  • Manage multiple concurrent marketing projects while maintaining quality, accuracy, and timelines.
  • Assist in developing customer-focused messaging, creative requirements, and campaign documentation.
  • Apply customer insights, segmentation, and performance data to support campaign decisions and tactical improvements.
  • Support brand, legal, compliance, and operational review processes to ensure marketing materials are accurate and ready for launch.
Performance Measurement & Reporting
  • Assist with campaign measurement, reporting, and performance analysis.
  • Maintain tracking documentation, dashboards, and monthly budget reconciliation support.
  • Compile results and prepare clear updates for stakeholders.
  • Identify trends and provide recommendations to support campaign optimization.
Québec Market, Localization & Compliance
  • Support the adaptation, translation, and transcreation of marketing materials for Québec audiences.
  • Contribute to media planning recommendations by applying local market insights, consumer trends, and audience behaviours.
  • Review French-language content for quality, consistency, brand alignment, and cultural relevance.
  • Apply working knowledge of Bill 101 and Bill 96 requirements when supporting customer-facing communications.
  • Work with translation agencies, legal, compliance, and creative teams to support accurate, compliant, and locally relevant materials.
AI-Enabled Marketing & Innovation
  • Use approved AI-enabled marketing tools to support content development, campaign execution, and operational efficiency.
  • Support testing of new marketing capabilities, automation opportunities, and process improvements.
  • Review AI-assisted outputs for accuracy, quality, brand alignment, and compliance.
Required Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Bill 101 and Bill 96 requirements.
  • Knowledge of campaign measurement, performance reporting, and marketing analytics.
  • Strong project coordination, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and external agencies.
  • Familiarity with marketing technology platforms, customer data platforms, marketing automation tools, or AI-enabled marketing tools is an asset.
  • Bilingual in English and French, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fully bilingual (French/English): The successful candidate will be required to communicate in English and French in order to support clients from various jurisdictions outside of Quebec.
