Position Overview

Strategic Coach is seeking a highly organized and resourceful Marketing Programs Coordinator to join our growing marketing team. This role is ideal for a proactive professional with a knack for translating strategy into action. You will be responsible for project managing full-funnel marketing programs—from top of funnel (TOF) awareness initiatives to bottom of funnel (BOF) conversion and client marketing efforts—to ensure flawless execution, strategic alignment, and continuous performance improvement.

This role is pivotal in operationalizing our marketing plans and requires strong project-management skills, experience with marketing automation tools (Pardot preferred), marketing project-management tools (Asana), and the ability to identify underperforming programs and optimize outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Program Execution & Coordination: Lead the cross-marketing coordination and execution of TOF, MOF, BOF, and client marketing programs to drive awareness, engagement, conversion, and retention. Collaborate with internal stakeholders for alignment and smooth campaign delivery.
  2. Project Management: Manage timelines, deliverables, and communication across internal teams and external vendors. Track progress and address roadblocks to ensure timely and budget-conscious delivery.
  3. Funnel Analytics & Optimization: Support funnel performance reporting, identify underperforming programs, and recommend improvements. Leverage data for decision-making and planning.
  4. Budget Tracking: Monitor expenditures to ensure they stay within the planned budget and are properly reported.

Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of marketing experience, focusing on campaign/project coordination, digital marketing, or marketing operations.
  • Hands-on experience managing marketing projects with Asana (or similar tools).
  • Experience with Pardot (or similar automation platforms); Salesforce experience is a plus.
  • Familiarity with funnel reporting and performance analytics.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills for cross-team collaboration and alignment.
  • Self-starter with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
  • Passion for continuous improvement and curiosity about performance drivers.
