Job Responsibilities

The Project Manager is responsible for managing several areas of project management related activities for both the Registry and Recovery set of LOB that may include support with cloud migration, consolidated reporting, compliance activities, and release planning & management.

The Project Manager will closely work with project coordinators and IT teams in managing project deliverables, and must possess the ability to work and communicate effectively with the various team disciplines. In addition to understanding the project, they are also responsible for project planning, tracking and participating in scrums, frequently communicating with stakeholders on project status, and ongoing maintenance.

The individual will run as needed or assist the teams in running the scrum events (release planning, stand up calls, retrospective and review) as well as escalate the team's impediments and provide general support to the teams bridging between other groups.

Key Duties

1. Plan, coordinate and participate in meetings as requested, including scheduling and communication, maintaining information and preparing and distributing materials, taking minutes and following up on action items.
2. Administrative support for Directors & Project Management Team.
3. Working with the Project Manager in organizing the Release, participating in the release setup activities, logging Release/Change record and following through to completion.
4. Metrics reporting to management.
5. Work with cross-functional teams to address business needs; build strong and positive internal customer relationships.
6. CMS Software licensing and procurement support working with vendors.
7. FinOps management.
8. Compliance planning and execution such as PCI/App pen tests/DR planning working with cross-functional groups.
9. Budget Management.
