Your Team

The Demand Generation team at Magnet Forensics drives awareness and demand for our solutions, fueling sales pipeline growth. The Marketing Operations Specialist supports this goal by managing our marketing technology stack, streamlining operations, and ensuring data integrity. What You Will Accomplish

1. Maintain high data quality in marketing automation systems, ensuring accessibility and consistency across reports.
2. Support lead flow processes and identify operational improvements to enhance workflow and data management.
3. Partner with the Business Systems team to optimize our marketing tech stack, evaluate new tools, and improve configurations for maximum ROI.
4. Collaborate with the Global Sales Enablement team to train marketing and sales teams on software tools, creating comprehensive training documentation.
5. Lead and develop marketing operational processes leveraging our tech stack to measure and report on KPIs and objectives.
6. Proactively maintain database quality, lead tool improvement projects, and ensure compliance with regulations like GDPR.
7. Support digital marketing efforts, including web landing pages and forms, to optimize data capture and conversions.

Salary & Benefits
