We’re looking for a Marketing Manager who thrives in a product-led environment. This role is about more than just lead gen—it’s about driving engagement and adoption by turning real product usage into your most effective growth lever.

If you’re a data-driven marketer who loves building lifecycle journeys, launching new product features, and creating messaging that resonates with real users, this might be the role for you.

Responsibilities

  • Own and execute multi-channel marketing strategies that drive self-serve signups, activation, and retention.
  • Partner closely with product and growth teams to shape product launch plans, in-app messaging, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Create compelling, user-first messaging that explains the “why” behind our features and roadmap.
  • Optimize lifecycle email flows, onboarding sequences, and engagement nudges.
  • Plan and run product-centric campaigns (feature rollouts, webinars, educational content).
  • Leverage product usage data to shape targeted messaging and improve conversion.
  • Own marketing performance metrics (activation, product-qualified leads, retention, expansion).
  • Regularly run A/B tests to improve copy, engagement, and activation flows.

Requirements

  • 4-5 + years of marketing experience in SaaS, with at least 3 years in a product-led environment.
  • Deep understanding of PLG funnels and how to drive growth through usage.
  • Experience with lifecycle marketing, onboarding journeys, and behavioral segmentation.
  • Strong storytelling skills—you can turn technical features into relatable benefits.
  • Comfortable using data tools like Mixpanel, Amplitude, Google Analytics, or similar.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (Customer.io, HubSpot, Intercom).
  • A proactive, collaborative mindset. You love working cross-functionally with Product, Design, and Engineering.

Salary & Benefits

  • $6,000-$8,000 USD per month/depending on your location and skills/experience
  • 15 Days Paid Time Off + Christmas Day + New Year's Day Paid Off
