Job description

Our client is hiring a Key Account Manager for a 12-month contract to support their GU Oncology portfolio. This role covers Ontario West / North and Manitoba. The Key Account Manager role will engage healthcare professionals across the territory to support appropriate product use and deliver value through scientific exchange and insight-driven interactions. As a key point of contact for HCPs, you will communicate clinical, and product information aligned with approved indications and brand strategies. You’ll drive meaningful engagement across multiple channels and collaborate cross-functionally to enhance the treatment experience for patients and providers. Your work will help uncover insights that inform local planning and contribute to optimized patient care.

Key Functions :

  • Build strong relationships with HCPs and other stakeholders to support the patient journey from diagnosis to post-treatment care.
  • Deliver tailored disease and product messaging using a multichannel approach based on customer preferences.
  • Execute brand strategies and coordinate with internal teams including medical affairs, patient support, operations, and market access.
  • Organize, lead educational programs, and peer discussions to support scientific knowledge-sharing.
  • Identify key accounts, segment customers, and develop engagement plans aligned with territory goals.
  • Share market and customer insights to support agile planning.
  • Maintain full compliance in all interactions, following industry and company standards.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in science, business, or a related field
  • 5+ years of pharmaceutical experience in field roles (sales, medical, or digital).
  • Oncology experience preferred
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently
  • Ability to interpret and present clinical data confidently
  • Highly organized with strong analytical abilities
  • Comfortable working in a lean, collaborative, and agile environment
  • Valid driver’s license (G class or equivalent)
