Hybrid role - 3 days a week - Vancouver office

This role involves representing the firm, influencing key stakeholders and audiences through strategies and deliverables, and working collaboratively with colleagues across the firm regionally and nationally.

This position requires developing marketing tactics and initiatives aligned with growth priorities and regional plans.

In addition to overseeing regional field marketing campaigns, this role manages the local office’s marketing budget, proactively advises on sponsorship and event opportunities, maintains the regional key client list, and promotes regional successes and mandates.

You Will Be Focusing On
Market strategy
  • Lead and develop creative marketing campaigns and programs to extend market reach and enhance brand exposure; determine methods, processes, and steps to achieve results.
  • Create and maintain programs to build relationships with key clients and elevate the profile of lawyers and matters to showcase talent across markets.
  • Facilitate communication and connectivity of marketing programs and relationship development.
  • Understand and analyze the competitive landscape, working with leadership to ensure a competitive offering.
  • Stay current on trends, changes, and best practices, as well as new platforms.
  • Oversee internal communications related to marketing programs.
Sponsorship
  • Identify sponsorship, donation, and industry association opportunities proactively.
  • Research and provide recommendations based on costs and outcomes.
  • Oversee content creation, including messaging, advertisements, and branding.
  • Track and report on sponsorship outcomes.
Events and Client Hosting
  • Recommend regional firm-led events and client hosting opportunities.
  • Define goals and objectives for events.
  • Identify speakers and topics.
  • Oversee content creation, including invitations and speeches.
  • Manage targeting and creation of key client lists.
What You Bring To The Role
  • 10-12 years of experience in B2B marketing, communications, or business development, preferably in professional services.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with diverse stakeholders.
  • Active listening skills to identify opportunities and challenges.

Vancouver Salary: $102,500 - $141,000. Salary will be discussed during the interview and based on experience.
