About Us:

Tut’s is a fast-growing quick-service restaurant brand bringing bold, authentic Egyptian street food to communities across Ontario. With multiple locations and more on the way, we’re looking for a Marketing Manager to take the lead on marketing, advertising, PR, and digital presence.

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns that drive traffic and boost brand visibility
  • Work with in-house content creators and graphic designer to produce high-quality assets
  • Lead marketing efforts for store openings, influencer campaigns, and seasonal activations
  • Set up, manage, and optimize paid ads on Meta, Google, and other platforms
  • Manage email marketing and customer retention campaigns
  • Analyze marketing performance and report on key metrics
  • Handle PR, influencer outreach, and community engagement
  • Ensure consistent brand voice across all channels

Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns that drive traffic and boost brand visibility
  • Manage all social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.)
  • Work with in-house content creators and graphic designer to produce high-quality assets
  • Lead marketing efforts for store openings, influencer campaigns, and seasonal activations
  • Set up, manage, and optimize paid ads on Meta, Google, and other platforms
  • Manage email marketing and customer retention campaigns
  • Analyze marketing performance and report on key metrics
  • Handle PR, influencer outreach, and community engagement
  • Ensure consistent brand voice across all channels
Requirements:
  • 3–5 years of marketing experience (QSR, food, retail, or lifestyle brand experience preferred)
  • Proven ability to plan and execute marketing strategies from start to finish
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing, social media, and content production
  • Experience working with creative teams and managing deliverables
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
  • Data-driven with experience using metrics to guide decision-making
  • Comfortable working independently and in a hybrid work setup
