Job description

Marketers on Demand is currently looking for a strategic Marketing Manager to join our client’s team! In this role you will utilize your leadership skills to empower your team, foster innovation, and drive marketing strategies to elevate their brand presence and business development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead and mentor the Marketing Department; provide strategic direction to various teams
  • Drive the development of annual department objectives, ensure alignment with team KPIs
  • Oversee key goals, including sales and brand marketing; focusing on data-driven decision-making in marketing
  • Drive the development, implementation, and execution of marketing plans for a diverse brand portfolio
  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (paid advertising, email marketing, social media initiatives); maximize online visibility and revenue
  • Create and execute strategies to increase brand awareness (content marketing and increase Google ranking)

Key Qualifications :

  • College diploma or university degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Over 7 years of experience in digital brand management (social media, PR, and content)
  • 5 years of leadership experience
  • Proficiency in SEO, E-Commerce, Email Marketing, and Google Analytics
  • Experience using social media analytics platforms (e.g., Hootsuite)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
