At Smart Savvy Associates we are pleased to partner with our client a well-established construction group in their search for a Marketing Manager. The right person for the role is hardworking and adaptable able to create vision and carry out the work as needed. They must have experience managing brand presence overseeing content creation and driving digital and traditional campaigns that enhance engagement with their audiences.

As the Marketing Manager you will...

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketingstrategies to enhance the companys brand and market presence.
  • Oversee content creation social media website management digital and physical advertising.
  • Lead and manage a small team providing mentorship direction and support to drive performance and professional development.
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across marketing materials and communications.
  • Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive engagement and business growth.
  • Track and analyze the effectiveness of marketing communications efforts using data to refine strategies and improve ROI.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to leadership on performance outcomes.
  • Research industry trends and best practices to keep marketing efforts effective.
  • Oversee workload distribution setting clear goals and expectations empowering team members to drive performance and ensuring timely project completion.
  • Manage relationships with external partners ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Monitor the performance of agencies and external vendors providing feedback and guidance to ensure effective partnerships.

You have...

  • 5 years experience in marketing managing brands andmultichannel campaigns within the construction industry.
  • Diploma or degree in journalism marketing communications public relations or a related field.
  • A proven track record of developing and executing high-impact marketing campaigns
  • Strong organizational skills to lead multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Exceptional editing and listening skills with the ability to craft compelling narratives for diverse audiences.
  • The ability to act as a strategic partner to senior leadership and collaborate with key business functions to align marketing and communications initiatives with company goals.
  • Strong interpersonal skills able to build relationships across departments provide guidance and ensure a unified approach to achieving business success.
  • A proactive team-oriented mindset with experience leading initiatives and managing teams.
  • Proficiency in marketing and project management tools and analytics platforms to measure performance and derive insights.
  • Reliable transportationand a valid drivers license for occasional travel to job sites.

120000 - $145000 plus benefits and RRSP matching

Full-time on site (Burnaby BC)

Some travel is required. Access to reliable transportation and a current drivers license is necessary.
