We're looking for a hands-on, builder-minded Marketing Manager to build and lead our marketing engine. This is not a role where you inherit a polished machine. This is a build-it, test-it, improve-it opportunity for someone who wants to roll up their sleeves, turn ideas into campaigns, and see the direct impact of their work on growth.
You’ll turn business priorities into campaigns, content, digital experiences, and systems that drive brand awareness, demand, and growth. You’ll lead a small marketing team, work closely with Sales, Operations, and Leadership, and use AI and automation to improve efficiency, scale output, and manage competing priorities. This is a build-and-improve role for someone who moves quickly, takes ownership, and is comfortable figuring things out as they go.
This role exists to bring structure, strategy, and momentum to our marketing efforts - connecting brand, demand generation, content, digital, sales enablement, and marketing operations into one coordinated engine. This role requires someone who can see the big picture, make decisions, and then get into the details to make things happen.
Success in this role means:
Build the programs, processes, tools, and materials that create a strong, scalable marketing function and support business growth.
Own content across web, blog, case studies, email, and social, turning complex ideas into clear, compelling, on-brand content.
Develop and execute integrated campaigns from strategy and planning through measurement and optimization.
Lead and prioritize marketing contributors, creating clarity, accountability, and focus while enabling the team to move quickly.
Use AI, automation, and emerging tools to streamline marketing processes, improve efficiency, increase output, and find smarter ways to work.
Own multiple websites as key marketing assets, keeping content current and optimizing messaging, user experience, conversion, and performance.
Develop practical sales materials and work closely with Sales and Client Success to align marketing with customer needs and opportunities.
Manage marketing tools, automation, reporting, and performance metrics to improve efficiency and demonstrate marketing's impact on growth.
Use customer insights, performance data, and market feedback to test, learn, and continuously improve how we market and operate.
Connects marketing activity to business priorities, customers, pipeline, and growth.
Creates structure, programs, and processes from the ground up and is comfortable operating without a playbook.
Takes work from idea to execution, manages competing priorities, and follows through.
Uses technology, AI, and automation to work smarter, improve efficiency, and scale marketing output.
Uses performance data and customer insight to make decisions, improve campaigns, and focus resources where they matter.
Creates clarity and accountability while working effectively across teams and bringing people along.
